is this smartwatch support custom watch face? i already bought 1 and it has to use hplusfit app to download watchface to smartwatch, but it has only some watchface. So is it possible to add more?

The watch is great but the app hplusfit is worthless ECG and sleep don’t sync with the watch and language is not set to phone language only english and chinese language are available on the watch.
If the app would work well then this watch is a TOP product that would sell many more!!
I have a watch like this too and yeah… it is very very disappointing, because it is look so good, the AMOLED screen is nice, and it’s over. The ECG just a joke, it will never work. The blood pressure is joke too. The weather screen is the biggest joke, I think that it’s just a picture. It always shows 15 degrees Celsius. It takes 20-30 minutes until the watch face transferring to the watch from the application. It is terrible! The notification display is also bad, does not handle Hungarian accents well. Never buy nothing!

ECG doesn’t work. After ECG starting, the result is not shown on the APP as indicated in the manual instruction.

What doesn’t work but pretends to be functional: blood pressure, ECG, weather report. Useless: wake up alarm (weak one time vibration), additional face download (only one at the time).
Could be better: battery life when screen set to always on. Not the best spent $50 in my life ☹️

I have this watch and it an expensive piece of paperweight. It is good only for steps count rest all the features are a joke. After a one-month touchscreen is not working properly. can not access heart rate monitor / BPM etc menu thru watch. Does anyone know how to factory reset this watch?
I received the sg2 smart watch and it will out connect to my android phone. I have followed the instructions to the letter, several times, and even tried to contact the vendor. It seem the watch is on display mode. Does anyone know how to unlock it ?

I have sg2 and it is working but heart rate is too high (+10-20beats/min). Connects to Apk but watch faces are limited. Pity as i think it’s a great watch for the price. If there was a watch face apk to customise then many more sales would follow.
