Hi Hady! as Krunoslav said, turn on Bluetooth, you will see the t03 device. don’t connect with the device.
then go to wearfitt 2.0 go to Me – Device Management – Connection Management then pres connect band and click on t03 when you see it.

Hi Disneyjean! this watch runs only with WearFit 2.0 App.
I have a T03 paired to my iphone xr via wearfit app. The watch time loses about 1 second per hour against the iphone xr. If I factory reset it is back in sync but still falls behind at same rate. Have I missed an obvious setting? Any remedies?

Set Alarm is an ilussion, sincro imposible, when you entry and both are conect, where the memory of done activitys, measures, etc. are?
Only I conect to adjust the time hore because every two days I lost some minutes

Don’t connect through Bluetooth, worked for 2 weeks and watch didn’t work any more, a piece of rubbish from china
In the end I managed to connect my T03 with the fatal WearFit 2.0 app is a kludge but the least I can already connect to sync the time, the alarm and make measurements.
I have installed Wearfit, I open it and it syncs immediately, I close it in the background and I open WearFit2.0 and it works. Don’t ask me why but this is how you can use it
Wearfit 2 app has been changed to an advert server and no longer functions as a t03 watch controller.it now has 100% negative reveiws on google store.
Shame as the watch itsel is quite nice.
there is a german software programmer who is trying to write his own software,its works ok-ish but needs further work.
it appears Wear os is also abandoned now,as are most chinese oem projects.
they blame the west for greed yet their real history is much longer than ours and its all based on greed and lies.
