Received this smartwatch yesterday via geek(wish). For the price, it’s pretty amazing. It’s comfortable, easy to read and easy to use. Though it WILL only pair with the Fundo app, it’s not a minus as the app itself is not too bad. As a matter of fact, a few more features and it would easily compare to the Samsung health app. If you’re looking for a budget smartwatch with a good build and good features, I recommend it.

The walking statistics reset at midnight everyday, no matter what fitness tracker you have. They are all this way. The sleep tracker only detects while you are sleeping, regardless of time. You can access your history but the daily stats are reset each day because they are daily, lol/

Absolute crap. Barely good for telling the time.
Phone spontaneously resets and erases all data and notification setting. Notification settings are not settable through app, and always zero themselves on the next app run, and their status has nothing to do with the actual settings of the watch. Silent mode timing does not work. Auto heart rate measure does not work.
Microwear seems to not exist anymore and no support, you can only dream about a firmware update.
Probably a company that was created only to sell crap watches, take the money and close.

I confirm the difficulty to pair with various Android phones ; the best results I have is when i switch OFF then ON the BT on the phone . Few long seconds after , Sync MAY occur.

Bought l9 from wish had great luck with my last smart watch from them. Not true with this waych. Phone will connect to watch but only says input device cannot do anything with it and the app for this phone NEVER connects. Tried installing and reinstalling turn watch off then on turn phone off then on tried on my Moto g7 play and on my lg k8 no luck

Have the same issues as many people above. Watch randomly resets and wipes data. It seems more reliable when I turn off notifications. Needs more development as it’s just not stable enough.

Reset it. Pair it again with the phone. Update the watch firmware if needed. If it still doesn’t count steps after about 15 mins it’s probably borked. Joy of cheap Chinese smart watches. 🤣. On the plus side places like Wish tend to offer instant refunds for almost any fault.
Seems i am not the only one then… got this L9 from ‘Wish’ (and yes, cheap items, but to be fair, have had a lot from them and been ok) ..
Have tried numerous ways to get this connected with my Samsung S9. Bluetooth shows L9 paired and connected. Fundo says not connected and when try to ad device on fundo app it doesnt find the L9.

many times does not show the history, doesn’t record the sleeping period all days, many times does not show notifications for incoming calls, make reset by his own and many times show wrong time.

L9 is a cheap smartwatch. The clock works. The 3 faces are beraly enough. The steps count is good. Sports section is good. Health is absolute crap, does not measure accurately. Sleeping is good but the connection with the phone to record it is a nightmare. Connection with FunDo was easy but the app is an absolute crap, does not work well and takes a lot of resources from the phone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. So you get a cheap watch.
I recently bought L9 Smartwatch V1.1 which dont sync with the App, but the one i bought earlier, V1.3 syncs just fine. I need to update V1.1 to 1.3 because i need to setup other functions through the app. Any assistance would be really appreciated on how to update?

Hey guys. I had also problems with bluetooth Connection to my iPhone. It works for me as i Turn on the watch. Then connect the watch under Settings in iPhone Bluetooth Settings with l9. Then Open fun do App and there you have to search the watch again. If it founds you have all options. Hope this will help you

I bought L9 from ebec16 on EBay. It worked great for 2 months and then it died. 1 year warranty on the watch turned out to be a joke when I wanted to return it for repair. Meanwhile, I bought the same for my wife. That one was defective from its start. It erased memory and/or disconnected at least twice a day. It just became a daily irritant to the point I threw it out and bought a different brand. L9 is a great watch if it would work but it does not and there is absolutely no support. The app is very weak. DO NOT BUY this watch. It is a cheap crap and waste of money.

I whish I had read these comments before I bought the watch. Mine is next to useless. Never connected properly to my Samsung SE 20. It will show time only if I press the button. Step and sleep meters have now stopped working too. Will not accept Fundo as legit. I will spend the $ 800 it will cost to service my old Omega manual watch from 1963. It still keeps perfect time but has become a bit hard to wind. This rubbish will never match that.
