When did This issue appear?
I recently bought I29 SmartWatch, I find it absolutely useless. First, it doesn’t connect easly to my Ipad tablet/and my Xiaomi mobile phone with “wearfit Pro” app installed. Second, the signal sent to the hand skin to measure the blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen,,,ect doesn’t work on black skin. I tried it my white skinned colleague and works with them but not on black skin. To me it is waste of money.
I received this watch for Christmas 2021. It has lived up to expectations and as advertised. My biggest dissappointment is that there is no extensive user manual detailing all features and settings.
I have noticed that some settings, ie off time, often change on there own. After two months I am very happy and would recommend this watch to others.

I have been trying to sync this i29 watch with my Huawei P20 Pro phone for over a month. It appears on the list of Paired Devices in the Bluetooth section of my phones Settings app and this is confirmed by the fact that the time on the watch face is accurate and data collected by the watch appears in the app on my phone. I have followed the very dodgy instruction manual closely and had several communications with the merchant through Ali Express, but there are no signs of this watch ever giving me access to the calling features of my phone. This in spite of the fact that the advertising for this watch specifically mentions Huawei as though it is a product of the that company. I have tried to sync it using Google’s Wear OS app but that app cannot find this phone no matter what I try to do. This is a piece of junk if you are looking for a watch that will allow you to manage the calling and messaging features of your android phone. I will soon be dropping both of the watches I bought at a cost of over $80 for the pair into the electronic recycling bin. There have been no offers to from the merchant to take the product back or offer me a credit. The only advice I get from them is to reset the watch to factory settings, delete the Wearfit Pro app from my phone, then reinstall it and try again. I have tried this approach 12 times now and other workarounds that have occurred to me like the Wear OS attempt. DO NO BUY THIS WATCH!
