I have bought an HW57 PRO, but I was very disappointed with the sensors. They don’t work. I have had an HW16 which was so good with reliable sensors.
So, I don’t know whether I was unlucky to buy a defective device or the sensors are fake. It doesn’t matter if I run for 1 hour and the place on my arm I put the watch on, the sensors always show a pulse between 68 and 77. The same thing happens to all the other functions. Did I buy a broken watch or are all watches of this model equipped with fake sensors?
Note: The store has refunded me, but I don’t know if I should buy another one. I lived my HW16 until it broke, but I am really not sure anymore about this new models HW37, HW57…

Bought the HW37 Plus, same issues. I believe the sensors are fake. But could be bad firmware, the clock isn’t showing hours properly.
