Garmin has announced the rollout of a new stable update, version 12.10, for its Venu 3 and Vivoactive 5 smartwatches. This update brings a host of improvements, including the much-anticipated addition of Garmin Strength Coach and enhancements to the pool swim experience.

Garmin Strength Coach: Your Personalized Fitness Partner

One of the key highlights of this update is the integration of Garmin Strength Coach. This innovative feature provides users with personalized strength training plans tailored to their specific goals, fitness levels, and available equipment. By inputting their desired muscle groups and equipment, users can generate custom workouts that align with their unique needs.

Enhanced Pool Swimming Experience

Garmin has also focused on refining the pool swimming experience with version 12.10. The update introduces improvements to the pool swim rest screen and alert tones, offering a more streamlined and user-friendly swimming experience.

Additional Updates and Rollout Information

In addition to the aforementioned features, the update includes updates for GCM Translations (version 2.23) and Golf Course DB (version 1.04).

Garmin has confirmed that the rollout of version 12.10 is currently underway, with at least 50% of users having received the update. Users can download the update through Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile.
