Second day of wearing woke up this morning screen lights up but is black cannot get it to work

We bought 2 of these for my wife and I. I was able to boot mine up just fine, but my wife’s kept saying it was charging and wouldn’t hit 100%. I let it sit there for a while, came back and the screen is dead (4 lights on back were lit up red as well). Cannot turn it on, it vibrates and the screen seems to back-light but otherwise nothing.
Can’t pair with my phone. after I down load wearfit app, it asks for account login, e-mail and password. So how do you register? When I try to register it keeps telling me verification code error. This has been the most difficult process I have had to go thru. Buying this phone has been a nightmare from the start.

My screen is bouncing up and down not allowing me to press a settings key to reboot or anything. Could this be from being damaged in shipping and/or is there a physical way to reset watch to factory settings to start fresh?
